We request guests arrive 5 minutes before their reserved time. Our service begins promptly at the specified time and the timing of each course and beverage pairing is carefully coordinated to ensure a beautifully paced dining experience for every guest.
Appetizer, soup, and hot dish will change approximately monthly. Sashimi and Nigiri items can change on a daily basis.
Service charge
Please kindly note that in place of gratuity a 20% service charge will be added to the total.

Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
Sai sushi and sake will charge the full amount of the Omakase course (plus service fee and tax) per guest in the event of a no-show, last minute cancellation, changing the reservation date or decreasing the number of guests within 2 days (48 hours) of the reservation. We do not refund for any reason within 48 hours of the reservation. Late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be seated and be charged the full amount of the Omakase course. No exceptions.
Food Allergy & Other Dietary Restrictions
Please be advised that meals may contain any of the following ingredients – milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. If you or your guests have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance and kindly inform us when placing your order. SAI Sushi & Sake will not be able to accommodate requests without advance notice.
For shellfish allergies, we are able to accommodate request for substitution of single ingredients (shrimp, crab, uni, scallop, geoduck etc.)
Furthermore, we do not have any vegetarian, vegan, or children's meals. SAI Sushi & Sake is unable to accommodate customers with gluten, soy, or egg allergy, as soy sauce and eggs are used in the base preparation of many of our dishes. Thank you for your understanding.
