FAQ

FAQs for Dine-in

• Where can I make reservations?

Please use our online reservation system.

• What is your cancellation policy?

Sai sushi and sake will charge the full amount of the Omakase course per guest in the event of a no-show, last minute cancellation, changing the reservation date or decreasing the number of guests within 2 days (48 hours) of the reservation. Late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be seated and be charged the full amount of the Omakase course. No exceptions.

Please use the online reservation system for any changes and cancellations. We cannot update guests' reservations by phone.

• What happens if I'm running late?

We understand unforeseen circumstances can happen to anyone; we always do our best to accommodate our guests. If you arrive late, you will be served the course currently being prepared in order to maintain the dining experience for all guests. For example, if the chef is preparing the 2nd course when you arrive late, your meal will start with the 2nd course.

We request guests arrive on time or a few minutes early to have the best dining experience.

• Do you offer parking?

We do not have dedicated parking spaces on premise. Please keep this in mind while planning to arrive on time for your reservation.

• Do you allow guests to BYOB (bring-your-own-bottle)?

You are welcome to bring your own bottle for a $100 (per 750ml) bottle corkage fee.

• What payments do you accept?

We gladly accept cash, Visa, American Express, or Master Card.

• Can I split the Omakase course with another guest?

We have a no splitting policy. Because of our very limited seating, each guest must order their own Omakase course.

• Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

We can accommodate up to 2 guests who require wheelchair access.

• Can you accommodate allergy and dietary restrictions?

Please be advised that meals may contain any of the following ingredients – milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. If you or your guests have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please make your online reservation at least 3 days in advance and kindly inform us when making your reservation. SAI Sushi & Sake will not be able to accommodate requests without advance notice.

Furthermore, we do not have any vegetarian, vegan or children's meals. SAI Sushi & Sake is unable to accommodate customers with gluten, soy, or egg allergy, as soy sauce and eggs are used in the base preparation of many of our dishes. Thank you for your understanding.
