You will be treated to a 150 minute dining experience with Chef Saito as the sole chef/server. We request guests arrive on time or a few minutes before their reserved time. Our service begins promptly at the specified time and the timing of each course and beverage pairing is carefully coordinated to ensure a beautifully paced dining experience for every guest.


Appetizer, soup, and hot dish will change approximately monthly. Sashimi and Nigiri items can change on a daily basis.

Service charge

Please kindly note that in place of gratuity a 20% service charge will be added to the total.


Reservations can be made online.

Dine-in Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made 48 hours before your reservation. A $75 fee will be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation.

Please use the online reservation system for any changes and cancellations. We cannot update guests' reservations by phone.

Food Allergy & Other Dietary Restrictions

Please be advised that meals may contain any of the following ingredients – milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. If you or your guests have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance and kindly inform us when placing your order. SAI Sushi & Sake will not be able to accommodate requests without advance notice.

Furthermore, we do not have any vegetarian or vegan meals. SAI Sushi & Sake is unable to accommodate customers with gluten or soy allergy, as soy sauce is used in the base preparation of many of our dishes. Thank you for your understanding.
